Finance & Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and managing administrative functions to support our organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and human resources.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
  • Supervise and mentor finance and administrative staff
