Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all technical aspects of energy projects from inception to completion.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize energy solutions.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, making necessary adjustments to meet goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and enforce technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
