LCL is licensed by the PNG Securities Commission under the Capital Markets Regulation to provide Fund Management, Investment Advisory, Corporate Finance Advisory, Dealings in Securities and Financial Planning Services in Papua New Guinea. LCL is the Transaction Advisor to Hela Investment Limited, parent company of Arafura Energies Limited, to support its strategy to establish a diversified energy company in Papua New Guinea.

Logohu Financial Accounting Advisory Services (LFAAS)

LFAAS is a firm that offers Financial Reporting & Compliance, Technical Accounting Advisory, Financial System Implementation, Internal Control and Risk Management, Financial Process Optimization, Regulatory Advisory, Financial Training and Workshops, and various Specialized Financial Advisory Services. LFAAS has been engaged to offer services as outlined.

Holingu Lawyers

Holingu Lawyers offer business formation and structuring, contract draft and review, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, commercial litigation, real estate, corporate governance, international trade and commerce services. They have been engaged to provide commercial law advisory services.

BSP offers corporate banking services to Arafura Energies Limited via parent company, Hela Investment Limited and ultimate shareholder, Hela Provincial Government.

Procurement and shipping

Fuel will be procured on a CIF basis through an arrangement with PEMA Corporation under an MOU reached.
